1. Curriculum Vitae
2. Photocopy of legalized S1/S2 diploma: 1 sheet
3. Photocopy of legalized S1/S2 transcript: 1 sheet
4. Passport Photo 2 x 3 = 5 Sheets 3 x 4 = 5 Sheets 4 x 6 = 5 Sheets
5. Photocopy of KTP/Passport/KITAS* = 2 sheets
6. Photocopy of TOEFL Score = 500 (2 sheets)
7. Recommendation Letters from 2 Different Positions
8. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
9. Photocopy of Family Card

Study Period & Lectures

1. The minimum study period is 6 semesters.
2. Study load 54 Semester Credit Units (SKS)
3. Lectures 16 times @ 150 minutes in one semester
4. Lecture Method (Hybrid)

Note: If you have not graduated in Semester VI, the tuition fee remains Rp. 22,500,000/semester until the end of the study period.
