Jakarta, November 14, 2025: The dissertation proposal defense for prospective doctoral student Ridhona Fultanegara officially took place on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM WIB, in a conducive academic atmosphere filled with scholarly discussion. Carrying out research on the Impact of Conglomeration Policy, Ridhona explained the urgency of his study amidst the ever-evolving dynamics of national financial sector regulations.

The proposal hearing was led by Prof. Dr. Yolanda Masnita Siagian, CIRR, CMA, CPM as the Chief Examiner. Also present were the supervisors, namely Prof. Dr. Eleonora Sofilda, M.Si as Promoter and Dr. Agustina Suparyati, S.E., M.E as Co-Promoter. Meanwhile, the examining team was also strengthened by Dr. Husna Leila Yusran, MM, CMA, CPMA and Dr. Soeharjoto, M.Si, with Dr. Harmaini serving as the notary. The composition of the examiners provided cross-field perspectives, especially public policy.

In his presentation, Ridhona explained the structure of financial conglomerates. The reviewers provided a variety of constructive input that enriched the research direction, including deepening the methodology and mapping the regulatory framework related to systemic risk. The discussion was lively, demonstrating the research’s high relevance for policymakers.

After completing a series of question-and-answer sessions, Ridhona Fultanegara was declared to have passed the proposal examination and is eligible to proceed to the next stage, the Dissertation Results Examination. This success marks a significant step toward completing his doctoral studies and making scientific contributions to public policy and national financial system stability.
